Heritage and Woodside High Schools     Newport News, Virginia

Newport News Public Schools commissioned Rancorn Wildman Architects, in association with HGA, Inc., of Minneapolis, to design two (identical) new high schools that would facilitate the implementation of an interdisciplinary educational curriculum. This curriculum, a major departure from the far more typical departmental curriculum, called for an innovative educational facility.
