To penetrate the strong, upscale tourist market in Williamsburg, Fairfield Communities, Inc. contracted with Rancorn Wildman Architects to design a community of time-share condominiums. The large development consists of 600 suites, making this the premier project of Fairfield for the past decade.

Rancorn Wildman designed the condominiums in the familiar Williamsburg Georgian style with a combination of brick veneer, wood siding, and composition shingle roofing. Four to eight completely furnished units are housed in each building. A unique feature of the floor plan is the ability to divide each unit into two separate apartments with independent entries.

The 10,000 square foot Activity Center features a hot tub, sauna, tanning and massage, an exercise room, indoor pool, 18-hole mini golf, an outdoor adult pool and children's pool, tennis courts, and playground.
