Rancorn Wildman Architects has been commissioned to design a timeshare development for Fairfield Communities in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. In addition to the individual housing units we are providing all of the associated amenities, including the new recreation center.

The architectural style is rustic and influenced by the surrounding mountains and forests. Wood is used extensively throughout the complex and large windows allow views of the natural beauty surrounding the community.
