The Tysinger family wanted to create a dealership that met the needs of owners of both Mercedes and Dodge automobiles, the two brands that they sold at the time. Separation of product lines and of sales and service departments were the driving factors in the design of this facility. Within the sales building, separation of the two showrooms allows a wider variety of customers to visit Tysinger Motors. The sales staffs are located on each side of a central core which houses support functions. Display areas hold only one car each, creating a feeling of understated luxury where emphasis is on quality and not quantity. |
