The Peninsula Metropolitan YMCA commissioned Rancorn Wildman Architects to design a new YMCA facility in York County. This one-story, 46,000 square foot facility contains a full gymnasium, exercise rooms, an 8-lane, 25-meter indoor swimming pool, sauna and whirlpool, and an aerobics studio. There are administrative offices, meeting rooms, a wellness center, racquetball courts, a child watch area, multi-purpose rooms, and specialty areas for teens, as well.
