The new Toxicology/Pathology Research Center at the College of William and Mary's Virginia Institute of Marine Science (VIMS) was designed to bring together scientists involved in researching the effects of pollution on the Chesapeake Bay's sensitive ecosystem. Conceived as a cutting edge research facility, the Center is a three-story, 65,000 square foot facility containing research laboratories, offices and support spaces.
